PodSips is a podcast semantic search platform that allows users to search, analyze, and interact with podcast content using artificial intelligence. Our service includes transcription analysis, AI-powered conversations, and content recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities under your account.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from PodSips. These may include:

• Account notifications and security alerts
• Service updates and feature announcements
• Promotional messages and offers (if you opt in)
• Customer support communications

Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages will vary based on your usage and preferences. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP.

By consenting to SMS communications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the provided phone number and that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

PodSips offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Trial Plan: Full access for a limited time period
• Paid Plan: Full access with unlimited usage

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Podcast content processed through our Service remains the property of the original content creators. Our Service provides analysis and search capabilities but does not claim ownership of the underlying podcast content.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PodSips, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
